Deforestation refers to the depletion of forest areas around the world that are lost to other uses such as arable land, urbanization, or mining activities. Deforestation, which has been greatly accelerated by human activities since 1960, has negative effects on natural ecosystems, biodiversity and the climate. The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations estimates the annual rate of deforestation at around 1.3 million km2 per decade.
When trees are felled and burned or rotted, their stored carbon is released into the air as carbon dioxide. And so deforestation and forest degradation contribute to global warming. According to the best current estimate, deforestation is responsible for around 10 percent of all global warming emissions.
We must protect tropical forests from deforestation and degradation if we are to reduce emissions to levels necessary to protect the planet from the worst effects of global warming. Planting trees can go a long way in reducing global warming than any other method. Not only do they give off oxygen, but they also take in carbon dioxide during photosynthesis, which is the main source of global warming. There are various organizations, governments, and non-governmental organizations that work for a social cause of tree plantations, but the pace at which they are working is not as effective in fighting global warming. We need a technological advance in planting trees. That is why the world of green climates is here.
What is Green Climate World?
The main goal is to add atmospheric data to the blockchain and plant trees. Through a lot of research, Green Climate World has found that the best results are achieved by using a tree-planting drone.
The amount of oxygen and carbon dioxide produced is measured by specialized atmospheric sensors that send information directly to the blockchain. All logs are safe in the blockchain and cannot be tempered or deleted by anyone.
In order for our planet to stand a chance against global warming, we have to plant 500 billion trees every year. The traditional process of tree planting is slow and requires a lot of manual labor. At Green Climate World, through a lot of research, they developed a drone for planting trees. The drone can plant up to 100 times faster than a conventional planting process.
How does it work?
We have to be accountable - the collection of data on the amounts of oxygen and carbon emitted is sent directly to the blockchain by atmospheric sensors. Parameters recorded by the sensors are CO2 and O2 values, temperature and humidity. All sensors are connected to WiFi or cellular network at all times and output the data live.

A drone can fly about 3 meters above the ground and fire the biodegradable capsule at the pre-determined locations.
